I work with small, customer-facing and creative businesses to design systems that actually fit how they operate. The kind that bring order to the chaos, strengthen day-to-day operations, and make room for better experiences—for both teams and customers. My focus is on practical organization, efficient workflows, and thoughtful processes that don’t feel stiff or corporate, but instead support creativity, consistency, and growth.

My experience spans corporate environments and independently owned shops, giving me a grounded understanding of how to adapt big-picture strategy to small-business reality. I’ve worked inside service-driven businesses where culture and experience matter just as much as margins and logistics, and I bring that perspective into every system I build. Strong internal foundations lead to confident teams, clearer communication, and spaces that feel intentional from the inside out.

Alongside hands-on business work, I’ve served on boards for business improvement associations, contributed to community-level initiatives, and earned a diploma in Small Business. With a background in marketing and design, I approach systems with both function and form in mind—clear, usable tools that align with your brand and don’t add unnecessary complexity.
